Over four days in St Petersburg, the world-class sailors of the Extreme Sailing Series experienced some of the best racing of the 2016 global tour so far. After 24 races hosted by the St Petersburg Yacht Club, it all came to a nail-biting climax in the crucial final double-pointer, that saw the two-time winners of the America’s Cup, Alinghi, snatch victory from the hands of Oman Air.
